The ProPM-P organization offers preparation for the PMP® certification. As project management becomes an increasingly important, companies want to be sure that existing and new employees meet this high standard of understanding and professionalism, whether to ensure the success of internal or external customer projects.
The PMP® certification exam no longer tests candidates’ knowledge of the tools and techniques of project management. The challenge for project managers is how and when to use different tools and techniques based on their situational awareness emotional intelligence. Studying PMI-provided material and reading books is no passport to success. PMI is testing candidates almost purely with situational questions – ‘what would you do if?, ‘how could this situation have been avoided? Etc. No amount of reading will prepare candidates for these types of questions.
That’s why, at ProPM-P, we have taken an innovative approach. Our blended learning approach incorporates classroom training, e-learning modules, testing simulation and most importantly the personal touch from our experts who will be there to support you until you pass the exam. Moreover, our trainers have real project management experience working with major companies in global environments – and that’s where experience comes from!
We propose flexible formats for our training courses, pending on our clients’ needs, ranging from intensive 4-day in courses, to distributed virtual deliveries. Our popular public courses take the format of 2 + 2 days separated by around 3 weeks. This approach allows for individual study.
A requirement for PMP exam eligibility is that candidates must have completed 35 hours project management training. Our training solutions guarantee these 35 hours and include a certificate on completion.
As ATP (Authorised Training Partner) all our students are granted easy registration with PMI and given access to the PMI-developed materials and the PMI student handbook which details all 5 lessons. Also, our courses are EduQua-certified.
At ProPM-P, we decided to develop our own preparation material to supplement the PMI material and to create a classroom structure which reflects the real life and experiences of practical project management. This additional material is also provided to all our students.
Additionally, ProPM-P provides access to our e-learning platform, which includes our award-winning X-AM testing simulation environment. As an option, certification candidates can request access to specific PMI® related digital learning contents – including a variety of exam-related topics, and particularly the important topic of Agile – a topic which is largely tested in the PMP exam.
