How do the training sessions work? Session set-up
You will have a first two-day instructor led session,
Following the materials and the instructor guidance, you will have a 3 or 4 week self-study period,

Our Learning approach
Our courses are unique! Combining instructor-led training sessions with classical learning material and complementary digital learning tools. We focus on teaching best practices in project management. We have developed additional material, which while completely aligned with the PMI-provided student lessons, supplements, and complements to focus on the real challenges Project Managers have on a day-to-day basis. Lessons learned and sharing experiences plays a large part in our workshops.
The training is held in English. Additionally also the trainers speak German, French, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Russian and Chinese.
Hybrid sessions:
Sessions (except the “Virtual” ones) are all hybrid. This means that you may join the class at a physical location (either Zurich, Geneva or Lausanne), or connect remotely and follow the sessions online.

- PMP Exam Fee – which gives you direct access to the exam (valid for 12 months after course registration)
